Push back cuticles, lightly buff away shine, and wipe each nail clean.
Apply adhesive
Use glue or tabs based on your wear goal, keeping adhesive away from skin.
Press and hold
Place at the cuticle edge, lower slowly, and hold firmly to remove air pockets.

Loosen, lift, and clean.
Warm soapy water and cuticle oil help loosen adhesive gradually. If a nail resists, soak longer instead of pulling.
